The room was spacious and well-appointed.
During my stay, I faced frustrating issues with the housekeeping. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor that made the experience uncomfortable. Housekeeping failed to clean the room, leaving it feeling untidy and neglected.

Medina magic 🌙✨
Plus, the location is just a stone's throw from the mosque—so lekker for prayers! Oh, and the buffet brekkie was a jol, gave me all the energy I needed for the day!
Only downside was the lifts, flippen slow at peak times—so ja, just plan a bit ahead for that.

Sweet as location, just a short stroll to the mosque! But the elevators were pretty dodgy—crowded and slow during prayer times, eh? Not ideal.

great location and service
The location is super close to the entrance of the Prophet's Mosque. The room's spacious, with accessible features like air conditioning, private bathroom, and free toiletries. Super fast internet, too. I really liked that the check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff was nice. The hotel location makes it easy for those traveling with elderly women.

The connection to the Prophet's Mosque is undeniable. being just a short walk away made attending prayers a breeze. The room itself was decently sized, which I appreciated after long days of travel.
The elevators are quite the bottleneck in this place. with only three small lifts for a 13-story building, prepare for some long waits, especially during prayer times. I found a couple of unsightly issues, on one occasion, I encountered a lingering odor in the bathroom that was hard to shake off. Plus, I noticed that the towels seemed a bit worse for wear—they were certainly not the fresh ones you’d hope for in a hotel stay. Lastly, the check-in experience was not as smooth as I'd have liked. it felt a bit chaotic and could use some rethinking.
